What is your return policy?

Returns can be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery (subject to acceptance by our supplier/the manufacturer), unless otherwise noted by SPS Industrial Inc.

All returns must be is in its original packaging, unused, unexpired, undamaged, and in salable condition.

Hazmat items are non-returnable. Proof of purchase from SPS Industrial is required in all instances.

Products sold on a “Final Sale” basis as defined below cannot be returned. Subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and may not be returnable.

Some product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by SPS Industrial.

Any returns charges may be applicable to the customer and will be discussed at the time the return is initiated.
